BUILD 2020 – Real Estate & Property Awards, is a flagship award programme where those nominating are BUILD magazines’ subscribers, online visitors, social media followers and clients.
As the awards are voted for by those who use the services, it really does showcase the hardworking firms and individuals that have proven their excellence and tenacity in making property dreams come true.
The category for ‘Best Specialist Property Tax Accountants 2020 – UK’ had tough competition, however, the Bailey Group – which originally started as a single practice in Peterlee – beat off the stiff competition to take the crown. It is not surprising then to discover that their client base has grown by more than 20% in the past 12 months alone.
Today the Bailey Group are one of the largest independent accountancy practices in the North East, having expanded their practices to Redcar, Sedgefield, Billingham, Gateshead, Consett, Ilkley, Oldham, Scunthorpe and St Albans and have over 100 team members.
Less than 18 months ago the Bailey group won the North East Accountancy Awards – Medium Practice of the Year 2019
